To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery at info@harvynlondon.com.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof of return, using your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
To qualify for this guarantee, the return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
We do not charge restocking fees.
